‘Namat’ means ‘pattern’ in Arabic.
We love patterns in many ways.

Pattern 1 >> Equality
Work opportunities and Women Empowerment
We believe everyone can work and do things they like. In southern Morocco, we saw very creative people, who do traditional handicrafts with super developed skills.
By coatching, creating and making with women, we give the techniques new life that goes further from mother to daughter.
Pattern 2 >> Trash
Consumerism and pollution issues
Consumption brings so much trash and surplus into the world. We can not stop with primary consumption, but we can use it creatively so the surplus will be reduced.
By turning the existing surplus and trash into treasures, we give trash a value.
We are building on creative awareness. When something is worth a thing, you will not throw it away on the streets, but you will collect it. ;)
Pattern 3 >> mass stuff
The beauty of imperfection
With handwork and crafts as our specialism, we create products that are unique.
We believe imperfection is a richness of the handmade product in what you can see is delicate work made by a person. the richness is in the way of working.
Personal patterns
Start working with your hands!
Weaving is the perfect metaphor to weave new directions into your patterns.
Look closely into your patterns, embrace some and break some. ;)
My Boucharouite workshops can visualize some hidden stories that come out in a creative way.
See the website of our project and find our what kind of activities we have in The Netherlands and in Morocco.
